So happy with my new roof! Clark and his team were professional, friendly, and efficient. I called around and got 3 estimates. Clark himself came out to do my estimate and I was emailed the estimate the same day. I didn’t feel pressured into adding unnecessary things which was such a relief. The ladies in the office were great about responding to all the questions I had. They provided addresses for the shingles I was interested in so I could see them in person. The roof only took 3 days and it is absolutely beautiful!! I would highly recommend Clark’s Gables Roofing to anyone!

They performed a roof cleaning/repair.  They lifted valley tiles, swept off corners, and replaced broken tiles. Clark showed up personally, introduced me to the crew that worked on the roof.  They were early, efficient, and reasonably priced.  They did outstanding work; so clean it looks like a new roof.

I admit it. I only got two other estimates because everyone on my block had already installed new roofs lately. They told me who to use and who to avoid, which are both valuable pieces of information. Three neighbors all highly recommended Clarks Gables for three main reasons:

(1) Respect - he provided quotes quickly and accurately, and showed up as promised. This showed respect for his customers.
(2) Reliable. He did what he said he would do, on time, and on budget.
(3) Personality. Clark and Tina were both praised for being friendly, not pushy about "upsells" and extremely knowledgeable about the industry. I found all this to be true, and more.

Yes, he was a little more expensive than one quote, but he was also considerably less than another. He provided me with wise guidance about new "green" materials, 30 vs 40 vs lifetime shingles, and the different base materials. I really learned a lot, and it was clear that his decades of experience gave him a unique viewpoint on what was needed in my situation.
Clark was so mellow in the sales process that I had to ask HIM about gutter guards. My neighbor got them and raved about them, but he's not the kind of guy to try to push you into a lot of unnecessary upgrades. Now I have them and love them! He and his team showed up on time, removed the old shakes, and put down the new wood base/felt combo on the first day, as well as installing the gutters. They arranged to remove all the old materials and I didn't have to worry about a thing. They completed the job a half-day early and they wrapped up very late the second afternoon. I was quite impressed with the care his team took to make sure each shingle was straight and appropriately overlapped before nailing - these guys were GOOD! They even cleaned up everything, and I mean everything, when they left. I was expecting to find nails and shards of wood everywhere, but it was immaculate. They even removed a pile of magnolia leaves I had in the backyard, but had been too lazy to throw in the yard waste bin. I can't say enough good things about this company. Tina was amazing and also extremely knowledgeable about the roofing process and materials. She was so helpful when I started second-guessing my color choice and made sure she found a number of actual sample shingles so I could make my decision with confidence. Her invoice was clear and accurate She's a treasure. I can't imagine anyone being unhappy after using Clarks Gables Roofing. It's rained hard twice since it was installed and it's all good so far!

We highly praise Clark and his hard working crew for the fantastic job they did on our re-roofing and new gutters! Their attention to details and quick response to even the smallest request was outstanding in every respect. What a difference the roof made to our home! We added blown insulation in our attic to make our home more energy efficient and Clark helped me find a good contractor to do the job. Clark was very personable and professional to work with and his crew worked very hard. Our home is 2 stories with several roof elevations. We added extra roof vents which made a tremendous difference already to our A/C usage. Thanks Clark and Tina, it was wonderful working with you.

After getting 4 bids for a new roof I choose Clarks Gables. They were fair and very thorough. I appreciated all the information provided. The estimate included everything with no surprises. The work was completed in a professional manner and much faster than I had anticipated! Thank you. My new roof looks beautiful. My house looks brand new.

I called around, got 3 estimates, checked references and Clark's Gable Roofing came out on top. It wasn't the lowest price, but close enough to not worry about it. The main thing that made me pick them was that Clark was very quick at returning my calls, no pressure and very professional. It took 2 days to complete and they did an excellent job! He even started the job one day early as it was forcasted to rain on their second scheduled work day. True professionals!
